Alegria Media and Consulting Ltd. ("we") publishes Best Cloud Security at bestcloudsecurity.com and is responsible for the personal data described here. You can reach us through the contact form.

Contact form. When you send a message we receive your name, email address, the topic you choose and your message. For a copyright notice we also receive the work you identify, the URL of the material on this site, your confirmations of the required statements and your electronic signature. A hidden field helps us filter out automated spam.

Hosting logs. Our hosting provider automatically records technical data for each request, such as IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time. This is used to operate and secure the site.

Browser storage. The site sets no cookies and does not use localStorage or sessionStorage. The coverage calculator, Stack up and the briefings tag filter keep their state only in the page address (the URL query string), which you can see and change.

Google Fonts. Pages load fonts from Google Fonts. When they load, Google receives your IP address and browser details. See Google's privacy policy for how it handles that data.

We use no analytics, no advertising and no other third-party scripts.

Under the GDPR and UK GDPR, we rely on our legitimate interests to operate and secure the site and to answer the messages you send us. Where the law requires consent, we ask for it and you can withdraw it at any time.

• Hosting and infrastructure providers that run the site for us.
• The provider that delivers contact form messages to us, once the form is connected.
• Authorities, where the law requires it.

We do not sell personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Your data may be processed outside your country, including by our providers. Where that happens we rely on appropriate safeguards. Israel, where we are based, has an adequacy decision from the European Commission.

We keep contact messages for as long as we need to handle them and then delete them. Server logs are kept for a limited period set by the hosting provider.

EU and UK. You can ask for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing and a portable copy, object to processing, withdraw consent, and complain to a supervisory authority.

California. Under the CCPA as amended by the CPRA, you can ask to know what personal information we hold, to delete it and to correct it, and you can opt out of its sale or sharing, which we do not do. We will not discriminate against you for using these rights.

Israel. You have the rights given by the Israeli Privacy Protection Law, including the right to review and correct information held about you.

The site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.
